Book a listing

Find a service, pick a slot, and submit a request.

Open Browse listings or a merchant storefront.
Select a listing and choose date, time, or inventory (court, table, seat, parking bay, vehicle, etc.).
Review the price breakdown including any category booking fee.
Sign in or register, then submit your booking request.
Watch your dashboard for approved, declined, or pending status.

Respond to booking requests

Approve or decline customer reservations from your dashboard.

Sign in as a merchant and open Booking Requests.
Filter by category or status if needed.
Open a request to see customer details and selected slots.
Approve to confirm or decline with a clear reason when possible.
Confirmed bookings appear in your sales and calendar views.

Publish and update listings

Keep availability accurate so customers book the right slots.

Go to Listings in the merchant dashboard.
Create a listing for your reservation category and add photos and pricing.
Configure schedules, capacity, or layout tools provided for your category.
Save as draft while testing, then publish when ready.
Update listings whenever hours, prices, or inventory change.

Secure your account

Protect access to bookings and merchant tools.

Use a strong, unique password for your account.
Keep your email address current for password resets and notifications.
Sign out on shared devices after use.
Report suspicious activity to your platform administrator immediately.
